How Does Cookie Diet Work?

Basically, the cookie diet works by curbing your appetite while still satisfying cravings in the process. The cookies are specially formulated with food proteins that can curb your appetite. The main rule is to only eat when you feel hungry, but you can only eat a maximum of 6 cookies per day. In addition, you can have a dinner consisting of boiled lean protein (chicken, turkey or seafood) and 1 cup of vegetables every day.

You can eat the cookies anytime you feel hungry during the day as long as you don't exceed your daily limit. This way, your cravings are satisfied and you feel full throughout the day. Basically, this is how cookie diet works. So simple, isn't it? This is exactly why there are so many successful and satisfied cookie dieters out there.
